Sign up below for your comprehensive eye exam at Carnival's Doral office. We bring hundreds of quality frames and can produce any lenses you desire. All glasses will be delivered back to your office. We accept both VSP and Cigna vision, so you will only be responsible for co-pays and upgrades as delineated by your plan. No insurance? No problem, we have special pricing for Carnival employees as well. We accept all credit cards, flex spending, HSA, cash or check as payment.
