Justin graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Before coming to Eyes on the Job, Justin worked in human resources and management consulting.  Justin has expertise in both the healthcare and hospitality industries. In whatever the situation, Justin has the ability to stay calm and think outside the box to find solutions. Justin is married with five kids and spends his spare time building his local community and raising funds to support its growth.
