Half Day Option

Great option for a small office.
For $500 a licensed optometrist will come to your office for 4 hours.  Approximately 16 eye exams can be done in this time. Frames and lenses sold at the time of the exam for an additional cost to the employee. 

Full Day Option

Great option for a medium size office.
For $900 a licensed optometrist will come to your office for 8 hours.  Approximately 30 eye exams can be done in this time. Frames and lenses sold at the time of the exam for an additional cost to the employee. 

Individual Option

Individual employees can sign up and pay on their own.  There is a 10 person minimum for this service. Exam prices may vary. ​Frames and lenses sold at the time of the exam for an additional cost to the employee.
